Embrace our desert paradise. ★ BEDS & BATHS ★ Ideal for groups, this adobe-style home sleeps up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, private patio entrance, and en-suite bathroom with shower and hot tub, designed in desert boho chic. The second bedroom, with two queen-size beds, offers east-facing windows displaying Joshua Trees and desert flora. Perfect for families and friends, it has a classic desert vibe, vintage pieces, a large closet, and an adjacent bathroom. The third bedroom provides a queen-size bed, workspace with a desk, local art, a mirror, and a spacious closet. A nearby bathroom serves this room. The final bathroom is near the kitchen, laundry room, and yoga room. Guests can use the washer and dryer in the laundry room. ★ KITCHEN & DINING ★ This desert home features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm. The kitchen comes with a large refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster, and all the utensils you could need. You can choose to dine indoors at the custom-designed desert-inspired dining table or outdoors at the 14’ custom-made teak dining table. We encourage guests to take advantage of the breathtaking desert views during sunset while enjoying their meals with their group. Private chef services are also available upon request. ★ LIVING ROOM ★ There is a fully open living room connected to both the kitchen and the main hallway leading to all 3 bedrooms. The layout of this space is truly the perfect vacation setup as you have this wide open common space leading out to all the outdoor desert adventures, and the hallway separates the sleeping rooms so if your group needs to enjoy themselves on different schedules or you need to put the kids to bed, this layout works great. The tall ceilings and open floorplan makes the 2000 sqft house feel even larger than it is. Enjoy the flatscreen TV in the living room from the large sectional couch, or from the poofs or chair surrounding it. The living room is stocked with instruments for a group jam session or for a family-friendly activity. ★ OUTDOOR ★ At this desert property, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the stunning outdoor beauty of the Joshua Tree desert. From the majestic Joshua Trees to the breathtaking rock formations, this property offers an exceptional outdoor experience. Just steps away from the living room, you'll find an expansive patio area that offers both a dining area and a perfectly nestled lounge space that immerses you right into the bouldery-desert action with different seating options including a large swinging chair. Surrounded by ancient desert rock formations, this patio is an architectural marvel. Head to the south side of the property and you'll discover the perfect desert viewing spot - a custom concrete U-shaped bench surrounding the firepit. Gather the whole family or group and cozy up with outdoor blankets as pillows while enjoying the starry desert sky around a fire. Further on this side, you'll find a BBQ and a private outdoor shower to wash away all the desert dust. Take a stroll along the desert pathway leading you further west through the property, and you'll find the main event: an expansive custom-designed deck featuring a large Cowboy Pool Tub and an equally large hot tub. Overlooking the hot tub deck you'll find another – even larger – deck. Outfitted with a pergola and shade for sunset lounging or dinner, this deck soaks up the best views Yucca Valley has to offer. Right by the two decks you'll find a path (lit up in the dark) that will take you to a secret hammock area that's held up by two boulders. ★ GARAGE & PARKING ★ The garage is a fully functional yoga studio with a Peloton Bike+ and extended mirrors along the back wall, perfect for groups looking to relax and move in a desert haven. Inquire about private yoga or meditation teacher recommendations! For parking, our driveway outside the garage can accommodate up to 6 cars. Please avoid parking in the cul-de-sac. ★ HEATING & COOLING ★ House of Kuna has central heating and cooling to keep you comfortable year-round.
