VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT This agreement is not a lease. You use is limited to what is described in the below paragraphs. ▪︎ GUESTS ▪︎ Only those listed in the reservation are allowed. Extra guests need prior approval per person per night. ▪︎ CHECK-INS/OUTS ▪︎ Access is from 4 PM to 11 AM unless pre-approved. Fees may apply for unauthorized early arrivals or late departures. ▪︎ PARTIES ▪︎ Absolutely no parties. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund. ▪︎ LOFT USE ▪︎ Use of the loft is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries incurred while using the loft or ladder. ▪︎ PARKING ▪︎ Parking is allowed only inside the gate. More than 5 cars require prior notification. ▪︎ DOGS ▪︎ Allowed with fee and prior approval. Additional rules are in place for dog owners. ▶︎ Use provided sheets to cover areas where your dog will lie. ▶︎ Leash dogs outdoors for safety. ▶︎ Pick up and bag waste immediately. ▶︎ Never leave dogs unattended; additional cleaning or repair fees may apply. ▶︎ Renters assume all pet-related liabilities and are responsible for any damage caused. ▪︎ VEHICLES ▪︎ No RVs, camping, or other outdoor accommodations. Violations will lead to reservation termination without a refund. ▪︎ INTERNET ▪︎ We don't guarantee internet speed; it's subject to fluctuations and outages. ▪︎ CELLULAR ▪︎ Cellular service may be limited due to the property's rural location. ▪︎ POWER ▪︎ We're not responsible for any general power outages. ▪︎ PHOTOSHOOTS ▪︎ No photoshoots are permitted without an official confirmation. Unauthorized commercial use of the property's details or images is prohibited, and we will take action to remove any such use. Additional fees may apply. ▪︎ SPECIAL EVENTS ▪︎ Special events are not permitted without a county permit and prior approval, extra fees may apply. ▪︎ POOL ▪︎ Use at your own risk. Glassware is not permitted near water amenities, and charges will apply for any damage. ▪︎ NOISE ▪︎ Guests must adhere to the county-wide noise ordinance, which prohibits amplified sound outside and any loud noise after 10 PM. Failure to comply will result in a call or visit from us to address the issue. Please respect our neighbors and the community. 
▪︎SERVICE MAINTENANCE ▪︎ Guests must allow access for maintenance and service visits, including pool and hot tub care. ▪︎ TOILETS & SEPTIC ▪︎ Only flush toilet paper. Septic clogs due to violation of this rule may result in a fine. ▪︎ SMOKING ▪︎ No smoking indoors (including saloon), or within 10 feet of exterior doors. Dispose of cigarette waste properly. Violations may incur a $250 fee. ▪︎ FIREPIT ▪︎ Only propane use is permitted. Burning other materials may incur a $500 cleaning fee. ▪︎ FOOTWEAR ▪︎ Wear footwear when walking on unpaved grounds to protect against desert flora and fauna. ▪︎ DESERT WARNINGS ▪︎ Exercise caution around local flora and fauna; some can be harmful or poisonous. Do not approach or feed wildlife. Stay on marked paths to avoid natural hazards. Guests assume all risks and agree to indemnify House Of and property owners from any related harm. ▪︎ PROHIBITED ITEMS ▪︎ DJ equipment, candles, firearms, confetti, and paints are not allowed. Violations may incur a cleaning fee. ▪︎ RENTAL ORDINANCE ▪︎ Follow all local short-term rental laws. Fines for violations will be the guest's responsibility.
