We had a perfect getaway at The House of Kuna. The property is exactly as it is described, but the photos don't do justice to how beautiful everything is. The house is very open and it's decorated with some of the most unique furniture and accessories. The boulders around the property make you feel like there is no one around for miles. The hot tub has a gorgeous view of the distant mountains during the day, and it'a perfect for star gazing at night. The yoga studio is awesome and we used it every day. Meghan and Victor were very responsive to all our messages. The only issue we had was the wifi going out one evening, but our hosts responded right away and resolved the problem in under 10 minutes. Joshua Tree National Park is only a 20-minute drive and there are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants just a few minutes away. Highly recommend The House of Kuna!

Thank you so much for hosting us for this incredible stay! The house and saloon are like pages out of a magazine - we loved our stay and we were comfy and cozy the whole time. There are endless ways to relax onsite and the hammocks, hot tub and porch swing provided the perfect places to take in the view and surroundings. Thank you again for hosting us, we 're already eager to return!

I chose this place for its design and wasn’t disappointed. Also, proximity to Pappy’s for a show there. This is one of those rare and eclectic Airbnbs with real art and a “bougie” home feel.

This place is unique, splashy, wild, flashy, fun...funky is a great description! The House was immaculately clean. We cooked very little, but the kitchen had what we needed. The coffee, complete with brewing instructions to make the perfect cup, was so good. The living room couches were comfy (but low, something to note if you have difficulty rising) and we watched our own shows on the smart TV. The bedroom (accessed by a hidden door) had a wonderfully comfy bed and electric/USB outlets on each bedside table. The double shower with rainshower heads had a good temperature range. We used the spa daily. It took about an hour to heat to a perfect temperature for soaking. We did not use the pool. The location is close to great restaurants. Meghan and Viktor were available to answer any questions. We look forward to our next visit!

We loved our stay at Meghan’s! The location was easily accessible and centrally located relative to all of the activities we had planned. Our host communicated promptly and was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the onsite parking and private entrance as well. This made it feel like our own private little getaway. The place itself is beautiful with so much attention paid to all of the decorative touches. The pictures don’t do it justice. You really need to see it in person to truly appreciate it. The outdoor patio and spa/pool were very relaxing as well. The bed was comfy and the living room was great for relaxing, reading and watching a movie after a long day of exploring. We would definitely come back again!

I can’t express enough how special this place is. The photos don’t do it justice. Yes, the house is beautiful but what is breathtaking are the views! We were blown away within seconds of stepping foot inside. For our group of 8, there was more than enough space. Every room felt cozy and warm. Even though the property is private, it’s a quick 5 minute drive to stores and restaurants. There is something very unique about this place and we will 100% be back. Thank you to the hosts who also reached out asking if we needed anything and made sure we got in okay. We loved every minute of our stay!

This an exquisite house on a beautiful property that feels secluded but is only minutes from restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. The proximity to Joshua Tree National Park is key, but the house is a destination all its own. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures, and it's decorated in a rustic but sophisticated desert style. The kitchen is wonderful with a Jenn-Air gas range, a spacious refrigerator, and just about everything you could want if you're culinarily inclined. The outdoor seating and hot tub allow you to bask in the natural ambiance of beautiful Yucca Valley, and there's a propane grill for outdoor cooking. The host, Meghan, is incredibly responsive and goes out of her way to help with anything she can. This is a special place in a special area of the country!

We had a great stay! The house was exactly as advertised- clean, comfortable, and well set up. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Overall, the whole experience was simple and stress-free. We’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to others.

We absolutely lucked out finding this place. We stayed for about 3 months for work in LA. We were able to bring our three dogs who loved the yard, walkable neighborhood, and the nearby hiking. The owners were the nicest hosts ever and anytime we had a question or an issue they resolved it immediately. The house is adorable and cozy, great nights sleep, outdoor games, great movie nights. We also enjoyed the restaurants and shopping in downtown Calabasas area that’s a few minute drive away. Can’t wait to book this place on our next trip to Cali. Thanks so much to the hosts ❤️
